ISMAIL leads the firm, works closely with clients to achieve desired outcomes, develop growth strategies to become sustainable and create a high level of impact. He combines his passion for development, projects and design to create, deliver solutions for startups, businesses and institutions.

Prior to establishing the firm, he coordinated international programs with a strong emphasis on promoting education, community engagement, business, and trade. His engagements, over the years, have expanded to include mentoring youth and young professionals transitioning into the real world.

He holds a BA in Economics from University at Buffalo, State University of New York and an MBA in Project Management in Washington DC, United States.
