Prior to establishing the firm in 2018, he supported and coordinated global programs, with a strong emphasis on education, community engagement, business, and trade. During that span, he worked and facilitated non-profit growth, created impact strategies with organizations and their communities. His engagements, over the years, have expanded to nurturing aspiring basketball players through his development programs and mentoring young professionals transitioning into the real world.

He holds a BA in Economics from University at Buffalo, State University of New York — where he was also as a commencement speaker in 2012. He later received an MBA in Project Management in Washington DC.
