A modern sub-urban retail building in a new township. 


THE PROJECT

The client was seeking to build a commercial building, for office and retail use. The end dates for delivery were not fixed and costs were important to be kept manageable. As works were being undertaken on site by the contractor, we held regular site meetings with the site team to ensure the quality of the building was at per with requirements and the project was on schedule.

THE DELIVERABLES

The key project deliverables included:

  1. Reduced project cost by 30% by budgeting, tracking, reporting and managing client's financial resources. 

  2. Negotiated contracts with subcontractors, suppliers at every stage of the project.

  3. Redesigned architectural, structural and mechanical plans with the client, engineers and contractors.

Our engagement with the client, all stakeholders ensured the project was delivered on time and below budget. The site went operational, allowing the client to commission the building ready for occupation.
