Leadership Program -

The Arceni Leadership Program (ALP) is a purpose-driven coaching program providing personal development for high school graduates.

The exploration program aims to accelerate their growth as they transition into college or preferred future career. Fellows work under the supervision of the principal consultant, work in teams and directly with our clients. During the program, fellows are mentored, placed in various programs and projects across the firm.  

  • Participants will develop essential critical and practical skills, learn obstacles to change and adapt to make better decisions, work with teams and projects.
