The objective was to ensure Transformacion Ballet is sustainable so as to build and empower local ballet dancers, teachers and the community.

THE SOLUTION

We adopted a long term strategy that would enable the organization to scale and implement changes across the three towns around Lake Atiltan in Solola and potential provinces in Guatemala. We streamlined their operations, developed a comprehensive multi-year strategic plan with clear targets, including strong connections to build capacity in other areas of the organization. We designed an published an annual report, highlighting their work since they began in 2016.
