The Apprenticeship

The Arceni Apprenticeship (AAP) provides professional development opportunities to applicants (fellows) - - Preparing them to be leaders in their respective fields and communities.

The exploration program is aimed at accelerate personal and professional growth as they transition into their careers. The AAP is suitable for fresh college graduates, and early working professionals with less than two years experience.

Fellows work under the supervision of the principal consultant, work in teams and directly with our clients. During the program, fellows are mentored, placed in various programs and projects across the firm.
